20mm Thru Bolt stuck

It's been like it a while now but one of the bolts on my front wheels axle is stuck so i can not remove the front wheel. The left hand one comes straight out but the right one just spins the whole thing. (By the whole thing i mean, the cap that you undo and the spinny part of the hub on the indide of the fork. Luckily i haven't had a puncture yet or any other problems, but i'm running Combats and i want to swap and put my 24/7 wheel on as it is much lighter. Any ideas on how to undo it?
So in the picture below, number 1 is obviously the bolt that needs removing to be able to remove the axle, but when i try to undo it number 2 spins aswell.

old 888. Tried tightening the pinch bolts at the bottom to see if that would do anything, and it didn't.0

undo all the pinch bolts, remove bolt 1 from your pic and then push the axle through towards the number 2 on your pic
Never used an old 888 so I could well be wrong.0 -
Ahh now that sounds like it could work. Can't believe I didn't try that. Thanks a lot. I'll give it a go when I get home.0
